Business Intelligence Analyst for Governance and Frameworks

The Governance & Frameworks team is part of Core Functions in the Business Controls & Product Management (BCPM) function. We act as the first line risk function for the three business units in the Bank. Our responsibility is to protect products, processes, systems, data, and services from risks across different environments to bring value to customers and society. We do this by developing and delivering ongoing risk MI & reporting towards key stakeholders and Senior Leaders in the Personal Customers, Business Customers and Large Corporates & Institutions segments.

This is an opportunity to join a team of professionals where everyone has an important role to play in driving the Governance & Frameworks agenda. The team is located across Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania and Poland with daily interactions inside and outside the team.

*You will be working from one of our offices either in central Vilnius, Warsaw or Copenhagen with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.

You will:

Contribute to running and developing our reporting solutions, ensuring timely, accurate and complete reporting, providing transparency and actionable insights relating to the overall risk picture and risk decisions. Moreover, you will be involved in business data analytics procuring and structuring data from across the organization to various projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Be a key contributor to the running the reporting setup to support the risk management journey
  • Continuously work to maintain and improve existing MI & Reporting
  • Extract, develop and automate relevant data sources for reporting for various projects
  • Test during the process – both with colleagues within the department but also across the organisation
  • Develop relevant analysis to identify trends, key pain points and turn them into actionable insights in collaboration with the team

About you:

We are looking for a new colleague who can contribute with a structured and pragmatic approach, collaborates well within the team, and can handle multiple interactions with key stakeholders. It will also be important that you can look beyond the numbers, identify the underlying drivers of trends, and pinpoint key pain points. We need you to bring:

  • Solid experience in working with data visualisation in Tableau (or other visualisation tools)
  • Experience in working with Alteryx (extraction, transformation, and loading)
  • Experience with building queries in MS SQL (server management and governance skills are a plus)
  • Knowledge of operational risk management or Enterprise Risk Management (is beneficial)
  • Advanced English proficiencies that make you an excellent communicator, able to convey complex findings in a short and easily understandable manner

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
