What we do in Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe?

Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe is one of Danske Bank’s + 30 development units. Currently growing our capacity, we own and develop customer welcoming solutions as well as digital sales journeys and capabilities used across markets and business units.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a knack for leadership. Perhaps you are ready to take the next step in your career and move into a leadership position, but you may also be a more experienced leader ready to take on new opportunities in a new organization.

The tribe is in Copenhagen, Vilnius, and Bangalore as our main locations, and in this role, you will be part of the tribe’s Vilnius hub, but work digitally across all markets and locations.

As a Business & Functional Specialist Chapter Lead you will be mentoring and supporting a team of Business Analyst as their HR-manager, while also taking the role yourself as Business Analyst in a squad in our newly established Workflow Cluster. The role is about understanding the big picture, while at the same time having an eye for the details needed to improve and automate processes, all within a matrix organisation that values flexibility, high pace, and collaboration.

You will:

  • Mentoring and supporting a team of Business Analysts as their HR-manager
  • Taking on the role of a Business Analyst in a squad within the newly established Workflow Cluster
  • Understanding the big picture while paying attention to details needed to improve and automate processes
  • Working within a matrix organization that values flexibility, high pace, and collaboration

About you:

  • People skills and interest in HR processes
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset and skills to capture and document processes, flows and journeys
  • Solid understanding of basic IT components and capabilities – big plus if you are familiar with Camunda 8
  • Integrity, structured and with a pragmatic attitude that can shape things forward
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
