Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe is one of Danske Bank’s + 30 development units. Currently growing our capacity, we own and develop customer welcoming solutions as well as digital sales journeys and capabilities used across markets and business units.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a knack for leadership. Perhaps you are ready to take the next step in your career and move into a leadership position, but you may also be a more experienced leader ready to take on new opportunities in a new organization.

As a Business & Functional Specialist Chapter Lead you will be mentoring and supporting a team of Business Analyst as their HR-manager, while also taking the role yourself as Business Analyst in a squad in our newly established Workflow Cluster. The role is about understanding the big picture, while at the same time having an eye for the details needed to improve and automate processes, all within a matrix organisation that values flexibility, high pace, and collaboration.
