Business Analyst to bridge business and development in Housing Journeys tribe (Maternity Cover)

Application period has expired.

The Housing Journeys Tribe caters for all mortgage finance journeys and collaborates closely with colleagues across the value chain, from our advisors at Danske Bank to our colleagues at Services.

Our mission is: “We enable easy and confident decisions on Real Estate financing by providing intuitive and simple digital experiences.”

We aim to deliver exceptional end-to-end experiences for both customers and colleagues due to the journey of buying and owning Real Estate in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. We want our customers to feel confident about taking decisions by providing fast answers and the opportunity to self-service as much as possible.

Our goal is to build solutions that enable aligned and efficient processes and adapt to the needs of local markets. You will join our squad ‘Housing Experience’ located in Sweden, Lithuania, and India. As a team, you will be trusted and empowered to support us in making the needed change towards becoming a simpler bank.

We work in a scaled agile setup, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business analysts, developers, designers, etc. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, testing, and documenting deliveries in collaboration with different stakeholders.

Your daily work will consist of collaborating with various stakeholders to identify requirements, translate business needs into clear objectives, challenge existing practices, provide domain knowledge to the development team, test, facilitate workshops, analyze problems, manage projects, and much more.

You will be working in an environment where we take the agile mindset seriously and where you have the possibility to make a difference. In addition to a solid delivery focus, we also highly value having fun and ensuring that you both grow personally and professionally. You will have plenty of opportunity to grow your understanding of housing elements from both a user and a system perspective and how to tie these two things together to ensure we have the right setup to support the needs of our customers and advisors.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 2 years).

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.
