Business Analyst in Wealth Planning and Investment Tribe

In the Wealth Planning & Investment Tribe, we simplify investment processes for customers and provide advisors with top-tier investment advice through straightforward, high-quality solutions. The Tribe consists of about 180 members, and all development work related to investments is managed here.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Handle initiatives and tasks end-to-end, from conception to testing and implementation
  • Facilitate and engage in meetings with various stakeholders across business lines
  • Draft and propose Epics and User Stories, translating requirements into development tasks
  • Review and assure the quality of ideas, mock-ups, and developed solutions
  • Document processes and create diagrams and flowcharts
  • Conduct user and system tests for our solutions in different markets
  • Analyze data usage to understand customer needs and pinpoint improvement areas
  • Stay informed about market trends to identify business opportunities in the retail investment sector

About you:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a business analyst or similar role
  • Knowledgeable about IT processes and architecture
  • Strong foundation in investment domain and related banking functions
  • Motivated to explore new areas and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and result-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced in English, with a keen interest in customer perspectives

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
