Business Analyst in the Wealth Planning and Investments Tribe

In the Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe, we simplify investment processes for customers and provide advisors with reliable investment advice through straightforward, high-quality solutions. The Tribe consists of about 180 members, and all development work related to investments is managed here.

You will:

  • Handle initiatives and tasks end-to-end, from conception to testing and implementation
  • Facilitate and engage in meetings with various stakeholders across business lines
  • Draft and propose Epics and User Stories, translating requirements into development tasks
  • Review and assure the quality of ideas, mock-ups, and developed solutions
  • Document processes and create diagrams and flowcharts
  • Conduct user and system tests for our solutions in different markets
  • Analyze data usage to understand customer needs and pinpoint improvement areas
  • Stay informed about market trends to identify business opportunities in the retail investment sector

About you:

  • Exploring new areas and engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and result-oriented
  • Foundation in investment domain and related banking functions
  • Knowledgeable about IT processes and architecture
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a business analyst, project manager, or consultant
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced in English, with a keen interest in customer perspectives

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
