Analyst Tax Reporting

Our team’s primary responsibilities are Nordic Tax Reporting, the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), and DAC6 (an EU directive that introduces reporting obligations for a wide range of cross-border tax arrangements) regime reporting. Our task is to ensure data quality and that we comply with applicable rules and laws.

You will join a team of six people with a good sense of humour, fighting battles with taxes and any other inquiries that could happen every day. Together, we create an open and inclusive atmosphere, so you can expect us to enjoy our time at work and hang out after work hours. You will:

  • Handle self-certificate forms and inquiries from customers, working as a country representative, performing sanity checks, ordering, and managing letter campaigns, coordinating Relationship Manager inquiries, and participating in coordinator meetings between IT and CRPs
  • Handle complex analysis and different tasks, as well as business and compliance requirements related to Nordic Tax Reporting
  • Create business documentation, requirements, and test cases
  • Test customer data and banking products (loans, accounts, investments, etc.)
  • Communicate daily with our stakeholders
  • Analyse data errors and handle them with IT support
  • Ensure the quality of tax reporting (amend tax corrections)
  • Participate in process improvements and automatization

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Analytical and structured approach and ability to work both on your own and in a team
  • Communication is one of your skills, so it’s easy for you to work with different stakeholders internally and externally
  • You have a ‘yes, we can’ attitude combined with creative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English skills, as well as upper-intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Higher education, preferably in Finance, Economics, or similar

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
