Business Analyst in Solutions Development Team

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong IT skills and a business- and process-oriented mindset. You will join the Solutions Development team within Technology Operations, where you will be instrumental in providing tools to enhance the effectiveness of our Technology Operations department and the wider organisation. Our main tools include ServiceNow instances.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, primarily working with the Group Compliance team. Additionally, you will support the Platform team’s initiatives, including analysing the CMDB, core APIs, data migration, and other strategic tasks.

You will:

  • Participate daily in squad ceremonies to implement required changes and perform operational maintenance tasks
  • Manage stakeholder needs and engagements effectively
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to plan product roadmaps
  • Support the Demand Management process by securing approvals and prioritising business stakeholders’ demands
  • Maintain an interest in vendors’ product roadmaps to integrate new capabilities into strategies and offerings

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with IT; familiarity with ServiceNow is a bonus
  • Possess solid storytelling skills, effective stakeholder management, and general communication skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Skilled in optimising processes through simplification and automation
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and ceremonies
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL
  • Genuinely curious and motivated by your subject matter
  • Solution- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
