Business Analyst in Service Delivery

As a Business Analyst in Service Delivery, you will support Service Delivery Managers with reports to our customers. You will report on operations and ensure a strong focus on customers and accountability in the organisation.

Your aim will be to ensure there is a standardization of all reports and continuous improvements on process and outcome, always to these criteria: compliance and customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across countries.

You will be a part of an international team based in Denmark, Lithuania, Norway and India. You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and communicate data findings
  • Present and communicate data stories to different audiences and translate data into concrete business actions
  • Question and challenge the status quo and support continuous improvement and innovation in the data domain
  • Conduct requirements analysis and communicate with numerous stakeholders and internal suppliers
  • Perform requirements analysis and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

About you:

  • 2+ year of experience as a business analyst (in IT or banking sector)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present different information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions and proven change management skills
  • Solid planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau and other BI tools
  • Basis SQL Knowledge (would be a beneficial asset)
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
