You will:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be:

  • the vital link between stakeholders and IT developers, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and system functionalities
  • translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that improve internal processes, business performance, and customer/user experience
  • part of the Business Analysts Chapter, a community of skilled analysts passionate about making a difference – we champion continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and the spread of best practices across the tribe

About you:

We’re seeking a highly motivated individual who:

  • have proficient analytical skills
  • can comprehend complex problems and communicate them clearly
  • have upper-intermediate English skills, as collaboration with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, and India is essential
  • have a basic understanding of IT systems and their functionality and able to comprehend how various IT systems operate and interact with processes and other solutions
  • takes ownership of tasks and delivers them to completion
  • has excellent stakeholder management skills
  • enjoys engaging with diverse teams, and contributes actively to a positive team culture
  • is motivated by a fast-paced, agile environment
  • finds motivation in being an integral part of driving the core and essence of critical parts of the bank

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
