The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Act as the crucial connection between stakeholders and IT developers, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure a shared understanding of requirements and system functionalities among all parties involved
  • Convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements to enhance internal processes and business performance
  • Focus on improving customer and user experience through precise requirements translation
  • Engage with the Business Analysts Chapter, a community focused on continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices within the tribe

About you:

  • Possess 2+ years of experience with strong analytical skills, using a range of business analysis methods and techniques
  • Able to understand complex problems and articulate them clearly
  • Possess upper-intermediate English skills, facilitating smooth collaboration with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, and India
  • Have a basic understanding of IT systems and their functionality, with the ability to grasp how various IT systems operate and interact with processes and other solutions
  • Exhibit stakeholder management skills
  • Enjoy working with diverse teams and consistently contribute to a positive team culture
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure their completion, thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Find motivation in being a key part of driving the core and essence of crucial aspects of the bank
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
