You will:

  • Be the vital link between stakeholders and IT developers, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and system functionalities
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that improve internal processes, business performance, and customer/user experience
  • Be a part of cross-functional squad and participate/facilitate squad ceremonies

About you:

  • Have a strong BA experience in IT setting
  • Proven problem-solving and project management skills, are able to take ownership of tasks and deliver them to completion
  • Proficient analytical skills utilizing various analysis methods and techniques
  • Can comprehend complex problems and communicate them clearly to business and technical audiences
  • Have upper-intermediate English skills to enable smooth collaboration with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, and India
  • Good understanding of IT systems and their functionalities and ability to comprehend how various IT systems operate and interact with processes and other solutions
  • Can facilitate and demonstrate professional and clear communication between different stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between different parties
  • Enjoy engaging with diverse teams, and contribute actively to a positive team culture

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
