Besides being part of a squad, you will also belong to a Business & Functional Specialist Chapter. As part of a Chapter, you will be an engaged team player making sure that the chapter facilitates continuous learning by its members with focus on knowledge sharing and ensures that best practices are spread across the entire tribe and the organization.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

**Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 24 months).

You will:

  • Work in the Corporate Product Configuration & Integrations Squad where Product Owner and Business Analysts are based in Vilnius
  • Enable product owning tribes to offer their products through Digital Sales channels
  • Configure Corporate banking products and build integrations (eligibility rules, data collection, validations and fulfillment APIs)
  • Lead the collection and documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with stakeholders’ needs
  • Manage expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the development lifecycle
  • Continuously improve yourself and help your colleagues

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within domains such as corporate banking products
  • You have a technical interest for complex system & process interactions
  • Ability to work with API-based systems, services architecture, and understand how multiple systems interact in an end2end product delivery flow
  • Experience and/or interest with software testing frameworks
  • Further, your abilities to collaborate with many different types of people, to explore ideas, and to learn is essential
  • Good knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams)
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
