Business Analyst in Markets Analytics Platform Tribe

As a Tribe, we provide users across the bank with centralized high-performance APIs for financial markets trades and related calculations for market values, financial risks and cashflows by leveraging a proprietary analytics engine and a dangerous amount of compute power. We service traders, risk managers, accounting, external customers, and regulators with large scale financial data production in close collaboration with our dedicated Quant team.

RCS squad owns and develops 2 major regulatory systems:

  • Price Control – system that ensures fair pricing on a trade
  • Global Limit System – system that ensures that traders are not trading above the risk limit

Both systems composed of back-end components such as APIs, worker services, databases and etc. also front-end technologies such as WPF and Blazor. Our main users of a systems are internal employees.

You will:

  • Be responsible for understanding problems, explaining them, and working with stakeholders and developers to find solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders in the business areas to define requirements
  • Capture and organize requirements into Stories, explain them to the development team
  • Communicate with Product Owners, IT developers, Quantitative Analysts and Traders
  • Find internal data sources to fulfil relevant needs, write documentation that maps and describes data

About you:

  • Experience working with financial markets and understanding Markets Domain is essential
  • A can-do attitude and great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements
  • Ability to communicate technical capabilities in a non-technical and concise manner
  • Higher degree in financial markets, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar fields
  • Skills to see the big picture, understand underlying problems and break them down to small pieces
  • Experience in SQL and Financial Markets domain knowledge would be considered as a big bonus
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
