If you would like to be part of a great transformation of the Debt Management Area in Danske Bank, now is your chance to join our amazing tribe. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with solid project management skills to join our Tribe.

You will join a group of highly skilled and innovative professionals within Business and IT Development, backed by a great set of values built on a high sense of responsibility, proactivity, “can – do“ attitude and most importantly an expectation that it should be fun to go to work.

You will be a part of the PMO (Project Management Office) in a large transformation program aimed at designing the future late collection solution for Danske Bank. We are re-designing our entire process landscape, implementing a new IT solution, and on-boarding a new external partner. All in a high focus area with very high-quality standards.

You will work on driving smaller projects within the overall program, such as identifying the desired solution design in close collaboration with IT developers, process consultants and subject matter experts. You will also take part in developing various reports and material to drive decision-making to senior management.

You will have an essential role, where you need to be focused and take lead on the assignments, using all your skills within analysis, change management and transformations.

You will:

  • Analyse and convey complex material, both for use internally in the program and for external stakeholders
  • Develop material for decision making for senior management. This will require you to work together with many other project team members, understand complex issues and help present it a condensed, easy-to-understand manner
  • Contribute to significant collaboration and alignment across the program
  • Drive solution design of elements within the program. This will typically be projects of 1-2 month’s duration
  • Prioritise and plan deliverables in alignment for the program along with your colleagues in the PMO
  • Facilitate problem solving and escalation of roadblocks

About you:

  • Proven work experience as Business Analyst (BA) / Project Manager (PM) or similar role in an Agile environment
  • In-depth knowledge about BA/PM methodologies, processes, and tools. Experience with Atlassian toolset (Confluence, JIRA)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Team member who understands and embraces the value of working in a team
  • Solid experience in facilitating decision-making processes by presenting comprehensive information in easy-to-understand manner
  • Certified in BA/PM or similar would be a big bonus
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
