As a Business Analyst supporting our Asset Services function, you will play a key role in enhancing a data-driven, efficient, and forward-looking operational environment. You will collaborate closely with our Asset Services teams to improve processes, enhance operational insights, and support management with high quality analytics.

You will:

Take ownership of extracting, analysing, and presenting data, turning raw information into clear and actionable insights
Support daily operational decision-making through ad-hoc analyses, reporting, and data interpretation
Contribute to coordination and execution of key initiatives across Asset Services
Ensure high data quality by identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and operational risks
Collaborate with operations, IT, and project teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Participate in process improvements, system changes, and development initiatives
Monitor relevant market or operational developments and support the team in translating changes into practical outcomes

About you:

Strong SQL skills and practical experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis proficiency(upper-intermediate) in English, both written and verbal
Experience working with data-driven projects or operational analytics
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and deliver valuable insights
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to take ownership
Understanding of financial markets/asset servicing or previous experience with corporate actions would be considered an advantage

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
