Business Analyst in Asset Services

As a Business Analyst supporting our Asset Services function, you will play a key role in enhancing a data-driven, efficient, and forward-looking operational environment. You will collaborate closely with our Asset Services teams to improve processes, enhance operational insights, and support management with high quality analytics.

You will:

  • Take ownership of extracting, analysing, and presenting data, turning raw information into clear and actionable insights
  • Support daily operational decision-making through ad-hoc analyses, reporting, and data interpretation
  • Contribute to coordination and execution of key initiatives across Asset Services
  • Ensure high data quality by identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and operational risks
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and project teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Participate in process improvements, system changes, and development initiatives
  • Monitor relevant market or operational developments and support the team in translating changes into practical outcomes

About you:

  • Strong SQL skills and practical experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis proficiency(upper-intermediate) in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with data-driven projects or operational analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and deliver valuable insights
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Understanding of financial markets/asset servicing or previous experience with corporate actions would be considered an advantage

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
