Business Analyst in Advisory Support and Implementation Team

You will mainly be supporting two teams with a mixture of everything from former bank advisers, change management specialists to communication experts and project managers. We are responsible for running and implementing the strategic projects that are essential to the development of the Danish personal customer business. You will perform the tasks in close collaboration with our colleagues in Personal Customers DK, Daily Banking, Advisory Network, tribes and of course stakeholders in the bank.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building the reports and analysing data across the Personal Customers Advisory Support and Implementation area regarding numerous project streams with a focus to enable data driven decisions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collect and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance data driven decisions and progress tracking
  • Monitoring and reporting progress on implementations
  • Data extraction of customer lists for various projects, validating data sources
  • Preparing visual representations, such as process diagrams or PowerPoint presentations, to be presented to relevant parties
  • Building effective visualizations using Excel, Tableau or similar advanced data visualization tool

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in working with complex analysis tasks applying data analytics techniques. Experience in these areas is crucial for success in this role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Proficient with presentation & visualisation tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau
  • Self driven and possessing a proactive spirit
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
