We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team with the main responsibility to drive the simplification and automation agenda for our products in collaboration with stakeholders, customers and the rest of the team. Anchored in Copenhagen with stakeholders across all Nordic countries, you will join a growing team in the Everyday Banking Corporate (EBCO) organization with more than 135 committed and enthusiastic colleagues based out of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, and India. This position is based in Vilnius.

You will:

As a Business Analyst, your primary role will be to support our IT teams in simplifying and digitalizing our processes for delivering products to our customer. That means, you take lead on creating innovative solutions within your area of our portfolio into vision you set in collaboration with the teams and stakeholders across Danske Bank. We will be counting on you to utilize your strong project management skills and ability to ensure progress across many different parts of the organization.

Identify, analyze, and design processes with focus on simplification and automation along side stakeholders
Ensure close collaboration and driving pilots of new processes
Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders
Identify and flag and handle potential risks within a task / assignment / project
See the overall picture and continuously seek to improve standard processes related to the business analysis discipline
Take responsibility for the end-to-end process across many sub-deliveries
Take responsibility for our STP agenda for our corporate solutions

About you:

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
