Business Analyst for Customer Assessment Business Customers Squad

Our mission in the FCLM (Financial Crime Lifecycle Management) Tribe is to protect our customers, society, and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Customer Assessment Business Customers Squad owns various applications used in the bank for investigative purposes related to Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD). The Squad supports case handlers across the bank with micro app solutions that enables processing and conducting of Adverse Media screening. Further, these solutions enable visualization of complex ownership structures and manual handling of atypical customer behaviour. With a focus on user experience, the squad is committed to enhancing the interface’s usability, effectiveness and efficiency.

Our Squad comprises a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Operational Excellence Expert, and Front- and Backend Developers located in Denmark, Lithuania and India. We would describe our Squad as centred around collaboration, trust and team spirit. You will run independently with own responsibilities but also have close sparring and collaboration with your fellow Business Analysts and the rest of the Squad.

To further enable and leverage your skills mastery, you will also be part of a Chapter consisting of Business Analysts from other Squads within our Tribe. The Chapter Lead will be your HR manager, supporting and mentoring you to ensure your personal and professional growth. At the same time, you are also responsible for continuously learning and supporting the building up of your chapter’s functional expertise.
