Associate Specialist in Card Fraud Investigation

Join our Card Fraud Investigation Teams in the Fraud Operations Department. Our teams consist of 10 friendly members of different seniorities. You will be responsible for various tasks that enable us to increase our card fraud detection and prevention capabilities. In addition, you will work closely with our card fraud analytics team, sharing valuable information on emerging fraud scenarios.

Currently, we are working in a hybrid setup where the employees are expected to be present at the office for 3 days a week with a primary work location in Vilnius, Lithuania.

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Investigate card fraud alerts in different market areas
  • Communicate with different departments and teams within Danske Bank
  • Work on process improvement
  • Supervise workflow according to deadlines

About you:

  • Previous operational work experience (in an operations center or banking/administrative field) would be considered as a beneficial advantage
  • Previous work experience working with payment fraud would be an advantage
  • Analytical thinking
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of quality and efficiency
  • Problem-solving, openness to new ideas, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively acquire new knowledge and respond to evolving processes
  • Higher education

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
