We are a team of 18 colleagues, working with various tasks to fulfil our customer needs in Buying&Owning Real Estate HUB. Our day consists of handling back-office services for private customers in Swedish market, and our tasks vary from simple to complex ones.

We have Swedish speakers in our team and provide the possibility to participate in the language courses, so you will have a chance elevate your Swedish to the next level. In addition, a monthly language bonus will be applicable depending on language level.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

Administrate loans for private customers in the Swedish market
Work with collaterals
Disburse or redeem loans
Deal with analytical tasks (investigate cases and prepare various bank documents)
Daily communication with our stakeholders
Participate in migrations and process improvement
Discuss ideas and be proactive in our continuous improvement
Take ownership of maintaining high-quality services for our customers

About you:

Higher education (or last year student at University)
Upper-Intermediate English skills
Intermediate Swedish skills (A2-B2)
Back office experience in banking or other finance-related international organization would be a valuable asset
Focus on high quality, accuracy, and customer-centricity
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, when coping with peak periods to meet tight deadlines

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
