Associate Client Manager

Investor Services Client Management focus on our customers’ needs for post-trade services, which consist of a range of Investor Services products including Back & Middle Office Services, OTC Clearing, ETD Clearing, FX Services. Collateral Management, and Custody (Global Custody & Depositary Services), Asset Services, Securities Settlement, Tax

You’ll collaborate with Sales Managers, Client Managers, stakeholders and customers, including large global corporations and financial institutions, to deliver high-quality service.

About the role

Working with Client Managers and Sales Managers, you will drive tasks, initiatives and participate in projects to support the Sales and Client Management team. You will once you have learned the post trade products also manage clients, serving as daily support and post-trade queries.

You will:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. Investor Services Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation, Network Management, IT, Operational teams, Legal etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide high-quality customer support
  • Review commercial terms for large corporate and institutional customers in collaboration with Investor Services Sales
  • Participate in on/off-boardings of customers
  • Participate and engage in various projects

About you:

You are customer-focused, eager to learn and work independently while being a dependable team player. As part of our team, it is vital that you contribute to a good team spirit with a collaborative approach and maintain high-quality deliveries. About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1360 EUR to 2040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
