AML Officer in Welcoming and Orchestration

Our job is to ensure that our customers have a smooth experience joining Danske Bank while at the same time we are fulfilling all regulatory requirements and mitigating risks. Our team consists of collaborative and knowledgeable members who are ready to welcome you and assist you in getting on track.

*We offer you an opportunity to work from anywhere in Lithuania if you can ensure your regular presence in our office in Vilnius 3-4 times per week.

You will:

  • Create customer profiles while following KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to guide them through the requirements and obtain missing information
  • Create agreements after completing the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Work on improving and optimizing the process using LEAN principles

About you:

  • 1+ year of experience in a back office or financial institution would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Higher education or ongoing studies would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to engage with new topics
  • Team member who enjoys working together, sharing knowledge, and having fun
  • Willingness to develop and learn new things.
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
