AML Analyst in EDR Corporates Team

EDR (Event-driven review) Corporates team in Financial Crime Prevention is currently looking for new motivated team members.

You will have the possibility to contribute to process improvements and initiate changes while maintaining close collaboration with other team members.

Currently, we are working in a hybrid setup where the employees are expected to be present at the office for 3–4 days a week, with a primary work location in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Perform event-driven reviews (EDR) for Large Corporate customers and evaluate changes in the customer’s behaviour
  • Examine changes in the customer’s risk score and evaluate if the new customer’s risk profile is still acceptable
  • Perform quality control for EDR cases and ensure that all AML requirements are met
  • Process EDR requests from Senior Bankers, Relationship Managers, and AML Risk Managers and ensure timely and quality communication
  • Be responsible of process- or improvement-related tasks within the team or department

About you:

  • 2 years of experience in AML KYC/ Ongoing Due Diligence working with corporate clients
  • Experience in performing Quality assurance
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in giving constructive feedback
  • Upper–Intermediate English both in speaking and writing
  • Higher education degree
  • Experience in customer service or stakeholder management would be considered a valuable addition

Monthly salary range from 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
