In the Integration Services (INTS) team, our responsibility is to provide advice and guidance to Danske Bank’s corporate customers regarding their technical integration with the bank concerning file formats, communication channels, security solutions, and APIs. The team consists of 30 specialists located in various countries, speaking Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, and Finnish. Despite the geographic distances, we work closely together and support each other to develop our skills since our knowledge is tested every day.

Please note that candidate review process and interviews will begin start of January 2026.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Advise and support customers in the choice of solutions
  • Help customers to access digital channels and banking services
  • Guide and support them with file formats and testing solutions
  • Examine and resolve issues with incorrect files
  • Help facilitate our corporate customers with their integration with Danske Bank
  • Work closely with colleagues in the bank

About you:

  • Experience in working with file formats, channels and securities, help desk experience would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with formats, channels, and security solutions such as ISO 20022, XML, SFTP, Web Services, PGP, API, etc is an advantage
  • Higher education would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Skills to communicate fluently with corporate customers and various stakeholders, from accountants to IT specialists
  • Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English; Nordic languages is a plus
  • Programming skills to build small help tools for our own team

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
