End User Technologies organization (EUT) is made up of more than 100 professionals and we deliver services to approximately 22 thousand employees in Danske Bank from the following towers:

  • MobileFirst Technology
  • Customer Engagement Services
  • Collaboration Technology
  • Organizational Implementation of Technologies

EUT team is primarily based in Denmark and Lithuania, with supporting capabilities in Sweden, Finland and India.

Our key responsibility is to deliver Digital workplace – the place where our colleagues collaborate, communicate and get their jobs done effectively regardless of their location.

We are looking for a user-experience (UX) consultant able to understand our business requirements, technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and translating them into user journey maps, user flows, wireframes. In order to ensure a great user experience, coordinate designed activities together with technology teams in accordance with user-testing.

We are looking for a maternity cover, therefor contract will be signed for a period of 15 months.

You will:

  • Gather user needs & insights of prioritized digital products by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping & user-testing
  • End2End coordination of defined activities & actions with technology teams
  • Translate concepts into user journeys, flows, wireframes, that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Identify UX problems and design solutions
  • Drive ideation workshops and present outcomes in a structured way
  • Take user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Act as user’s representative and voice

About you:

  • Two or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions
  • Ability to work with users in order to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Workshop facilitation experience
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
  • Ability to collaborate closely with teams and other stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate openly and respectfully
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
