UI/UX Designer at Digital Experience Development Team (temporary contract)

You will join the Digital Experience Development Team that is part of the Collaboration Technology department.

Our team brings excitement and improves the productivity of our employees by developing user-centric solutions that increase employee digital workplace experience and are accessible from any device, anytime, anyplace. For instance, meeting booking, IT and facility issues reporting, document scanning and printing, employee device self-service, mailing lists and shared mailboxes management and other digital tools.

You will work together with Software Engineers, Software Architect and Team Leader who wears Product Owner’s hat. We use the latest technologies, Agile practices and encourage DevOps culture. This position is temporary, expected for 2 years.

You will:

Your main quest will be to work on designs for various products we develop for our employees. To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for colour and shape and be able to translate requirements into practical product features:

• Create new UI/UX designs and continuously improve existing products performance by initiating design changes and testing
• Perform researches that help to study user behaviour (UX)
• Can think at all layers, from product (system) design to interaction, to beautiful pixels
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for a variety of devices and interfaces
• Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers and other teammates to deliver the best result for our employees
• Help in developing technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-cantered solution

About you:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Demonstrated end-to-end product design skills (i.e., UX research, prototypes, wireframes, usability testing)
• Knowledge of UX design systems
• Experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Soft skills, like friendliness and empathy, are as important as technical skills
• Excellent English skills
• Knowledge of UX writing is a plus
