You will be joining the Strategy & Traction team in Technology & Services and report to Head of Strategy & Traction, Suryadeep Seal.
In addition to a team of skilled Strategy Managers supporting respective Areas within T&S, Strategy & Traction also comprises three teams – (i) Business Management & Traction (ii) Technology & Services Strategy; and (iii) Talent Development.
Your main area of responsibility will be to drive the D&I agenda within T&S to build an equitable organization and inclusive culture that is sustainable, meeting both current and long term expectations from society, customers and employees. As part of this, you – through strong collaboration with colleagues across the Group – will be responsible for activities including providing analyses and expert advice to leadership on how diverse of current practices; articulating both our gaps as well as identifying and driving mitigating actions; and framing the narrative around D&I through coaching and increasing awareness.
