Transformation Lead of the Agile Annual Business Review

We are a newly established unit in Strategy Execution & Business Control in Technology & Services with the purpose of supporting our the journey we call “Better Ways of Working” leading us to become a better bank.

So what do we do? We continuously refine and strengthen Danske Bank’s Agile governance, and operating model, and grow the Agile capabilities to excel in delivering customer centric outcomes.

You will:

  • Plan, facilitate and adjust all events during the Annual Business Review
  • Own and develop supporting key artefacts including investment prioritization tools and templates
  • Enable senior leadership throughout the process by identifying impediments and trade-offs and chase resolution
  • Build and present investment scenarios to facilitate transparent decision-making
  • Ensure onboarding and communication with broader stakeholder landscape
  • Ensure commitment to the final outcomes including ELT sign-off
  • Lead the ABR team on a day-to-day basis and manage the team’s backlog

About you:

  • You have a strong toolbox in Agile practices, roles, events and tools
  • You are data driven, have an analytical mind-set and are able to translate complex information into actionable insights and key messages to senior leadership
  • You embody strong presence, communication skills and ability to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape managing stakeholders at all levels of Danske Bank
  • You have 3-7 years of experience (ideally from large-scale transformations, management consultancy or senior strategic positions preferably with expertise in governance, funding and/or strategic investment processes)
  • You are able work independently towards intended outcomes but also be a daily leader and sparring partner for your team
