Transformation Consultants to track and improve our Agile Ways of Working

We are a newly established unit in Strategy Execution & Business Control with the strategic purpose of supporting our journey in Better Ways of Working and thereby becoming a better bank.

So what do we do? We continuously refine and strengthen Danske Bank’s Agile governance and operating model and grow the agile capabilities to excel in delivering customer centric outcomes.

In the Agile Execution Office, we work in small Squads across the four services of ‘Annual Business Review’, ‘Quarterly Business Review’, ‘Agile Tracking’ and ‘Agile Collaboration Tools’. Though we cover different areas, we still work very closely together.

You will:

  • To ensure that we achieve the desired outcomes of the development agenda and safeguard our agile practices
  • Support Finance in infusing agile principles into financial steering and tracking with a shared responsibility of consolidating the development portfolio outcomes, benefits and costs to facilitate target setting
  • To telp refine and facilitate tribe (re)design as an outcome of the prioritisation of development activities with a need for capacity reallocation
  • To help to build the framework and user-friendly dashboards for tracking agile maturity and Key Results
  • Continuously define improvement areas, and to establish a link between productivity metrics and financial metrics
  • To do quality checks on OKRs and provide a library on how to measure Key Results in close collaboration with Performance Management units and Tribes

About you:

  • Keen interest in agile practices, roles, events and tools
  • Good understanding of productivity measures and OKRs or you have worked with defining and tracking KPIs
  • Expierence within finance processes, financial reporting and data consolidation
  • Data driven, analytical mind-set with experience in working with Tableau, Alteryx or similar
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to take the initiative and building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English
