* Your official title will be Officer, Service Delivery

You will:

  • Support colleagues and stakeholders (all Danske Bank employees) in planning and creating training activities (online and classroom) in Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensure smooth information flow to instructors and participants handling enquiries and supporting users
  • Report, share information and support stakeholders on relevant topics

About you:

  • At least 1 year experience in learning or administrative areas
  • Very good MS Office skills (for reporting and presenting purposes)
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Being transparent and pro-active member of the team is what will help you thrive in this position
  • Higher education
  • Fluent in English – both oral and written
  • Experience working with Learning Management System would be considered as advantage
