Trainee in <FuturePros_IT/> Programme (Communication/HR Specialist) in DGITL

DGITL is offering a unique opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in fields of Internal Communication and HR in Danske Bank Group IT Lithuania (DGITL). We are looking for a passionate professional with little or no experience in these fields who will be ready and motivated to learn from great DGITL minds.

While it is a junior programme, we want you to develop and grow your skills with us. Therefore, you will start with actual real-life projects from the very first day, guided by your senior colleagues and last year participants’ of Future Pros.

We promise your training will always be hands-on, delivered by true experts from Denmark and Lithuania and put into practice. We also offer flexible working hours to accommodate your educational dedication as well as provide sense of community, network and special social activities.

Contract will be temporary, for 1 year.

You will:

  • Working in close collaboration with the owner of internal student programme <FuturePros_IT/> and HR team in structuring events, principles and other activities within the programme
  • Daily interaction with DGITL teams for news and inspiring stories to be communicated to the rest of DGITL organization
  • Assisting with various internal and external events (organizing, planning, etc.)
  • Managing and publishing content on various DGITL communications channels
  • You will take part in a number of training activities and meetups, exceptionally planned for Future Pros participants and enjoy all the employee benefits and competitive salary, respective to the amount of hours you choose to work (full time being 1500 EUR gross)

About you:

  • You are currently last year student or recent graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, HR, Business Management or other related areas or simply willing to change your career path
  • Planning, attention to details, analytical thinking and problem solving are your super powers
  • Speaking up, communicating at different levels and networking is something you enjoy
  • Can-do attitude is not alien to you
  • You feel good working on your own initiative as well as with the team
  • You are sparkling curiosity towards IT industry field
  • You are fluent in English and have great communication skills
  • Experience with Communication or HR projects would be a plus
