We are looking for a passionate professional with little or no experience who will be ready and motivated to help Markets IT area by supporting group wide initiatives and helping with various analytical tasks.

As a Trainee in <FuturePros_IT/> Programme in Markets IT CIO Office, you will become part of a global organisation, focusing on delivering successful IT initiatives in close collaboration with leaders and employees throughout the organisation. The CIO Office is also responsible for the financials and forecasting, i.e. ensure that budget and spend are aligned with the rest of the organisation.

*You will have one year Job Contract and will be employed full time, but in order to support your studies you will be able to work with flexible hours (will be decided upon agreement with manager). You will be working at Danske Banks headquarter located in Vilnius.

You will:

You will be responsible for a range of tasks requiring analytics, communicative and executional skills. Examples of tasks can be:

• Project Portfolio Management
• General assistance with monthly, quarterly and statuary reporting regarding the project portfolio and financials
• Schedule and prepare material for manager meetings and senior management
• Update team sites and display visual management overview of project processes
• Building and maintaining user-friendly Excel models for the purpose of monthly analysis
• You will take part in a number of training activities and meetups, exceptionally planned for Future Pros participants and enjoy all the employee benefits and competitive salary, respective to the amount of hours you choose to work (full time being 1500 EUR gross)

About you:

• You are a bachelor student in your last year or a master student in your first year, studying either business administration, Information management, Finance, Economics or similar.
• You are organized person with an analytical mind-set and a can-do attitude
• You are capable of working independently and being proactive
• You love a challenge and thrive working with colleagues with different educational and cultural backgrounds
• You are a fast learner, good at getting things done
• You write and speak English fluently
• An advantage would be if you have strong expertise in Excel (building models) and PowerPoint as well as proficient knowledge in SQL
