Test Specialist in Advisory Solutions team

Under Advisory and Welcoming IT, belonging Advisory Solutions team is expanding its forces and searching for new colleagues in Lithuania.

Our team is responsible for Advisory and Meeting Booking IT Services, which play an important role in most of our bank customer journeys and we would gladly welcome a new member to fulfil the Test Specialist role.

You will:

You will belong to one of 3 teams developing strongly prioritized Online Meeting Booking solution in various digital channels.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Reviewing designs and functional requirements, defining testing scope and deriving tests, checklists, planning test activities
• Testing both backend and customer facing part in close collaboration with our backend and frontend developers
• Reporting and verifying defects and errors
• Keeping your eye on overall quality of the system, participating in deployments and production control activities
• Contributing to overall QA approach and continuous improvement of our way of working
• Supporting business and developers in daily activities

About you:

We expect that:
• You have solid basis of software testing methods and techniques and at least 1,5 year of experience in software testing
• You understand software development and test processes
• You have strong analytical skills and great attention to details
• You are good at self-organization and have strong sense of ownership
• You have good communication skills, are open-minded team player, disciplined and creative problem solver
• You have good skills in English – written and spoken

Additional points that are valuable for us:
• You know how to use SQL, JIRA, Confluence,
• You have experience with Selenium or/and Katalon
• You have experience working in agile environment
