Team Leader of Training Team in SSCD Unit

Financial Crime Prevention has a high priority in Danske Bank, that is why we are looking for a Team Leader of Training Team in Sanctions Screening Continuous Development Unit who wants to take a significant role in an area which is gaining global prominence among financial institutions and society in general.

In this role, you will have direct responsibility for planning and managing the team which consists of ~5 training professionals, and ensure support and development so they can deliver as a high performance team.

You will also be responsible for training program implementation, end to end process improvements, and documentation. Thus, proactiveness, critical mind-set, and solution-oriented attitude will help to make a real difference.

• 1+ years experience in people management preferably in training area
• Experience in training area
• Developed time planning and organizational skills
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Pro-active, result-oriented, collaborative personality and can-do attitude
• Think out of the box and have a keen interest in driving improvements and developing your team
• Fluency in both, spoken and written English
• Higher education
• Knowledge of TWI will be considered as a huge advantage
