Team Leader of AML Data Analytics Team

We are currently looking for a Team Lead of AML Data Analytics for Corporates & Institutions (C&I) team. The team has started out as data experts focusing on reporting solutions and now is growing into an area of automation, management of complex data structures and business tools development.

As a Team Lead, you will be leading a team of four experienced data analysts focusing on working Agile and in close collaboration with business and IT. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating and developing your team members. In addition to your team lead responsibilities, together with the team you will develop and maintain reporting solutions, analyse huge amounts of data, translate business requirements into digital business enablers. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work with data modelling, business process automation, creation of data management tools and improvement of data reliability and quality.

• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server/ Data Base structures and SQL SSIS/ ETL development tools such as AlteryX
• Experienced working with data models, designing and automating data flows
• Familiar with data visualization using Tableau/Power BI
• Stakeholder management skills
• People or project management experience
• Fluent in English – both oral and written
