Currently, we are creating a new and high-performing team in Vilnius. As a Team Leader, you will have direct responsibility for building and managing a team of 15 employees and setting up operational processes from scratch for daily work.

We expected you to encourage your employees to take responsibility, create value in customer service, and partnership with stakeholders. While being responsible for business targets, you would also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring employees’ high job satisfaction and continuous development.

You will:

• Build, manage and lead a team of 15 employees
• Create and establish effective operational processes
• Work with a key priority of the bank (AML), where they daily life brings a lot of development and changes
• Communicate with stakeholders at different seniority levels
• Manage team on a daily basis, including planning and follow-up on the tasks, ensuring their timely and high-quality delivery

About you:

• 2+ years previous leadership experience
• Customer Due Diligence knowledge or general AML knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Developed time planning and organizational skills
• Strong customer-centric approach and motivation to deliver excellent service
• Attention to detail and passion for working in a fast-changing and agile environment
• Thinking out of the box and a keen interest in driving improvements and developing your team
• Fluent English skills (in both speaking and writing)
