Our collaborative team in Lithuania, consisting of 11 skilled professionals, works closely with our Danish counterparts to deliver top-notch relief at source and reclaim services for securities’ income such as dividends and interest payments. We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Team Leader to steer our Lithuanian team towards continued excellence and innovation.

You will:

  • Direct and oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Oversee the implementation of new systems and software, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for important stakeholders, addressing complex inquiries and providing expert advice with the help of your team
  • Work collaboratively with senior management, business, and IT to enhance service offerings. Drive changes and improvements that benefit both the bank and our clients
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, adapting strategies as necessary to meet changing market and client needs
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for team development, particularly in areas of withholding taxes and process optimization. Additionally, assume HR responsibilities (e.g. salaries, performance evaluations, and similar tasks)
  • Utilize project management skills/knowledge to help facilitate the setting up of and ensure the smooth running of projects

About you:

  • Experience in tax services, with a preference for those with direct withholding or indirect tax knowledge would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Proven leadership skills or a strong ambition to lead, coupled with a proven history of managing projects and teams
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and maintain solid relationships along the way, while delivering on important projects/results
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and be on top of several projects at the same time
  • Highly capable of working collaboratively with colleagues from multiple cultures and backgrounds
  • Solid decision making skills, as well in cases when there is limited information
  • Higher education would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3240 EUR to 4860 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
