Team leader in Fraud operations

We are looking for a collaborative and motivated professional to become a Team Leader in the Fraud Operations, Fraud payments investigations team. Thus, proactiveness, a critical mindset, and a solution-oriented attitude will empower make a real difference.

While being responsible for supervising the team in their daily work, and reaching the performance targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction and continuous development.

You will also be a part of a great managers’ team, which will enable you to grow and strive both personally and professionally.

You will:

  • Coordinate, motivate and ensure engagement, talent growth, and team development
  • Ensure a high level of quality and process standards of services provided by your team
  • Improve existing processes and define improvements with a high focus on quality
  • Communicate and regularly collaborate with stakeholders of all seniority levels within the bank

About you:

  • Previous experience in people management
  • Upper –intermediate English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Great collaboration and communication skills with proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of seniority
  • Developed time planning and organizational skills
  • Innovative, result-oriented, collaborative personality and can-do attitude
  • Thinking creatively and a keen interest in improving improvements and developing your team
  • Flexibility and proficiency in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience working in a Lean environment would be considered a pros

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
