Team Leader in Buying and Owning Real Estate HUB

As a Team Leader, you will lead an effective and experienced team with a winning culture while encouraging your employees to take responsibility and create value in customer service, partnership with stakeholders, and other teams. While being responsible for business targets, you would also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring employees’ high job satisfaction and continuous development.

In this role, you will have direct responsibility for planning and managing the team, which consists of – 15 professionals, and ensuring support and development so they can deliver as a high-performing team.

Team processes involve loan services, and buying home cases management for personal customers.

You will:

  • Lead and distribute the workload for a team of around 15 employees
  • Ensure good relationship with stakeholders
  • Motivate and ensure engagement and continuous development of the team
  • Have HR responsibility for team members, e.g., prepare development plans, set goals for employees, and follow up on agreed activities
  • Ensure compliance with the Group`s business procedures
  • Work according to LEAN/AGILE principles and deliver on continuous improvement initiatives

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
