We are seeking energetic and experienced Operations Team Leader to oversee our Estate Handling team in the Danish market. This leadership role involves supervising a team of approximately 15 employees who specialize in handling estates of deceased customers.

You will:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of estate handling specialists to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the estate handling department, including prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, compliance, and customer service, to facilitate seamless estate handling processes and resolve complex issues
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to estate matters
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge
  • Implement and maintain best practices for estate handling operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations
  • Proven leadership experience, including the ability to effectively supervise and develop a team of diverse professionals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex environment
  • Advanced in English language is required

Monthly salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
