Team Leader at Change Management and Analytics

Transaction Monitoring Continuous Development Unit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Team Leader of Change Management & Analytics. In this critical role, you will have an integral part in accelerating organizational change and leveraging data analytics to make strategic decisions. You will:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of change management and analytics professionals
  • Develop and implement plans for change initiatives within the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
  • Use data analytics and insights to inform decision-making and support business goals
  • Drive change adoption and ensure effective communication to all stakeholders
  • Share best practices, network facilitation, and act as an instructor, reviewer, and mentor

About you:

  • Very good practical understanding of all project management disciplines and phases using different methodologies
  • Experienced in leading and developing teams with a people-focused approach
  • You care about your colleagues and can guide the team through challenges and changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Thrive in high complexity environment and have great ability to prioritize
  • Great communicator with solid interpersonal skills
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
