As a Team Leader, you would have direct responsibility for planning and leading the team of around 10 employees. Your ongoing focus would be on high quality daily deliveries of the team, problem solving, customer service and satisfaction, improvement of the processes and systems used by team.
We expect you to lead an effective team with a winning culture while also encouraging your team members to take responsibility and create value in partnership with the customers and colleagues.
While responsible for business targets, you would also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring the team’s high job satisfaction and continuous development.
Our team handles different Corporate Actions(such as payout of dividends, interests, redemptions, etc.), solves discrepancies, analyzes unique cases, and tends to customers’ needs. We expect you to have similar work experience or experience leading similar work-related teams.
