We offer you a unique opportunity to join our global Group Regulatory Reporting department. You will be located in Lithuania and be team lead of +10 empowered and highly skilled reporting analysts.
As a team leader, you will be responsible for fulfilling our regulatory financial, capital, and liquidity reporting obligations to FSAs, national banks, and central banks. Together with the team, you will ensure that we obtain very high standards regarding reporting data quality, consistency between reports and that we deliver according to timelines and regulatory expectations. Even though expectations are high, we always deliver – Group Regulatory Reporting provides more than 2500 regulatory submissions per year.
You will participate in limited report production and various projects relating to optimising our reporting processes and implementing new or changed regulatory requirements.
You will empower the self-sufficient team to continue and even intensify the journey of continuous improvements, automation, and centralisation. As part of the job, you will have an important role in collaborating with the newly established SAFe, inspired tribe development teams, ensuring that you and your team support new and changing regulation and migration to our strategic software solution.
We work in a global team environment, closely together with colleagues from Group Regulatory Reporting in Helsinki and Copenhagen, and many other stakeholders from accounting, finance, business units, IT, etc., across the entire group in various countries.
