Team Lead in Everyday Banking Individuals Hub

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning and handling daily tasks for one of the team in the Personal & Business Customers Everyday Banking Individuals Hub. We expect you to be motivated, communicative, and eager to grow.

Your focus will be on building a cohesive and high-performing team, ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction and continuous development, providing great service to customers, and participating in various ongoing improvement projects.

You will:

  • Lead, motivate, and ensure engagement, qualification growth, and team development
  • Ensure staff performance, quality, productivity, and attendance standards are met
  • Provide high-quality services for private banking customers
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders of all seniority levels within the bank
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team: monitor and handle contact queues, backlogs, raising problem records
  • Work according to the LEAN/AGILE principles and deliver on continuous improvement initiatives

About you:

  • Customer and quality orientation
  • 2+ years experience in leadership and people management, for instance from service areas and in financial institutions
  • Experience/knowledge in operations and ability to delegate tasks
  • Solid leadership and management skills
  • Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Developed time planning and organizational skills
  • Thinking out of the box and a keen interest in driving improvements and developing your team
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
