Team Lead in ETD Clearing Team

As a Team Lead, your role will be to lead the staff and ensure day-to-day deliveries. You will work within a high-risk area that requires you to know related processes and areas of the business, and you will collaborate with and support a variety of stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for leading the team in their daily work. While being accountable for the quality, delivery, and other performance targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction and continuous development. In your daily operations, you will have 10 direct reports, report to Head of Derivatives Services, and be a part of the Extended Wholesale Banking Services Team.

• Solid knowledge and understanding of financial markets
• 1+ years’ experience in leadership and people management area
• Higher education (preferably finance, legal or relevant field)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution
