Team Lead in Custody Services area

As a Team Leader, you will be expected to lead an effective team with a winning culture while also encouraging your employees to take responsibility and create value in customer service, partnership with stakeholders and other teams. While being responsible for business targets, you would also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring employees’ high job satisfaction and continuous development.

In this role, you will have a direct responsibility to supervise the team and ensure support and development to deliver as a high-performance team. Custody Services team processes involve the settlement of Nordic and international securities and day-to-day customer query handling. The Custody Services area consists of 28 professionals divided into 2 teams where you will lead one of them.

You will:

  • De-risk and improve controls
  • Design correct processes
  • Ensure IT development
  • Test new solutions
  • Engage in dialogue with professional clients and senior stakeholders
  • Global collaboration across the Danske Bank group
  • Supervise and distribute the workload for the team
  • Motivate and ensure the engagement of the team members
  • Communicate with customers where needed

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • Strong knowledge of custody, general settlement flows and securities
  • Higher education (preferably finance, legal or relevant field)
  • Thinking creatively and having a keen interest in encouraging improvements and developing your team
  • Effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills

Monthly salary range from 2920 EUR to 4380 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
