Team Lead for Accounting and Regulatory Reporting LT

We offer you a unique opportunity to join our global Group Accounting & Regulatory Reporting department. You will be located in Lithuania and be a team leader of empowered and highly skilled analysts (+10 FTEs). As team leader of Accounting & Regulatory Reporting LT, you will be responsible for accounting, controlling, external reporting and regulatory reporting. Together with the team you will ensure that we obtain very high standards with regards to report data quality, consistency between reporting and that we deliver according to timelines and regulatory expectations. Even though expectations are high we always deliver – Group Accounting & Regulatory Reporting deliver more than 2500 regulatory submissions per year.

You will participate in various projects relating to optimization of our accounting, controlling and reporting processes and data usage and also implementation of IFRS and regulatory requirements.

You will empower the self-sufficient team to continue and even intensify the journey of continuous improvements, automation and centralization. As part of the job you will have an important role collaborating with the SAFe inspired tribe development teams, ensuring that tomorrow’s CFO area is supported by you and your team.

We work in a global team environment, closely together with colleagues from Group Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Group in Denmark, Lithuania, Finland and Norway as well as with many other stakeholders from accounting, finance, business units, IT, etc. across the entire group. You report to the global head of Group Accounting & Regulatory Reporting in Denmark. Group Accounting & Regulatory Reporting is part of CFO area.

You will:

About you:

  • Profound knowledge of accounting, IFRS and some general knowledge of taxation
  • Higher degree (for example in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Audit, Mathematics or another related field)
  • +2 years leader experience, for example in an international organization
  • +3 years of experience working with financial accounting, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, auditing and similar
  • +2 years of working with change and business development
  • Understanding of financial and banking processes/products
  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
