You will join the Human Resources team in Danske Bank to ensure our attractiveness and ability to hire critical capabilities. We do this by combining a global mindset with targeted initiatives customized to specific markets, units, and segments.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be a sparring partner and support our hiring managers in creating a high performing organization based on your market knowledge, excellent service delivery, influencing, and engagement skills.

We are looking for a recruitment expert who has a passion for recruitment and wants to focus on selecting the best IT talents in the market.

You will:

• Deliver best-in-class group-wide talent acquisition processes–including interviewing and assessment
• Act as a partner and a point of contact for hiring managers within Danske bank group to identify their staffing needs, suggest talent attraction strategies and ensure great candidate and manager experience
• Actively participate in building talent pipelines for Danske Bank hiring needs (internal & external)
• Participate in projects and activities related to organizational and employees’ development
• Act with expertise while holding shared responsibility for the business and HR goals and targets delivery
• Participate in and coordinate employer branding activities, various recruitment events

About you:

• At least two years of experience owning and managing full-cycle recruitment process in the IT field
• Capability to understand business needs and prioritize your work accordingly
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to take the initiative and building strong relationships with stakeholders, HR partners and TA team
• Excellent planning and coordination skills while having strong sense of ownership
• Fluent English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written)
• Advanced skills with MS Office Tools
• Digital sourcing initiatives or other internet research tactics to create candidate pipelines
