Strategy Consultant/Product Owner Internship in Wealth Management

Based in our office in Vilnius (or still working from home if this will be recommended in regards to Covid-19), you will be part of Wealth Management unit and will be working together with the Transformation Office team.

As part of this team, you will get a unique opportunity to see Wealth Management from two perspectives – business strategy and product ownership both exciting in its own way. We work with different business units around the globe, so you will work together with colleagues of different nationalities in a global team setup.

• In business strategy, you will get a chance to see an array of strategic change management projects spanning across the bank, gaining industry knowledge and learning the basics of management consulting along the way.
• In product ownership, you will double-click on projects delivering best-in-market banking solutions for Wealth management clients in different segments around Nordics.

The allocation of time between these two areas will highly depend on the candidate’s interests and achievements.

We offer a full-time paid internship from July until September with a salary of 1200 EUR gross monthly.

• Final year student in the field of study: business, economics, IT, digital design or other field in business / social / IT sciences
• As a person, you are result-oriented, collaborative and analytical with a high level of energy.
• You are a critical thinker with deep interest in business and strong presentation/communication skills
• PowerPoint and Excel skills are fundamental
• You are a data cruncher with good IT skills and interest in searching knowledge in “how to”
• As we are responsible for the entire Nordic area, solid English skills are required
