Danske Bank Lithuania HR Team consist of Talent Acquisition team, HR Partners, Learning & Development Consultant and is lead by Lead HR Strategy Partner.

As Strategic HR Partner we expect you to step in and drive strategic HR initiatives and core activities, be on top of identifying opportunities and threats related to people and suggest and own solutions that will strengthen business position and improve employee experience. Act as main partner to business leaders and help them to achieve their business objectives.

You will:

  • Cultivate strong, long term relationships with key decision-makers within the organisation and develop deep knowledge of the business and HR’s role within it
  • In line with business strategy analyse and define current organisational capabilities, identify shortfall, and build required organisational capabilities
  • Develop, analyse and provide meaningful management information to the business to support the achievement of its goals
  • Create HR metrics and accountabilities to align objectives and enable continuous organisational transformation
  • Drive performance management at an organisational level, ensuring that target-setting, follow-up and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
  • Work with the Leadership team of the business to build and ensure they operate as an effective unit
  • Build change capabilities in business and people leaders
  • Be a strategic linkage between the business and HR
  • Conduct annual workforce planning discussions that includes: Competency requirements, Organisational design and gap strategies
  • Partner with relevant Centres of Excellence to design required solutions to support organization needs
  • Participate in bank wide process improvement efforts and cross-functional teams to ensure BU processes are streamlined and meet global expectations.
  • Champion and facilitate organisational change initiatives; understand the implications of change in terms of skills, processes and competencies
  • Facilitate leadership transformation. Drive interventions to develop effective leaders
  • Support integration activities for potential mergers and acquisitions.

About you:

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree with at least 10 years of related HR Management, Business Partnering experience or equivalent
  • Strong business acumen, with experience presenting to and influencing senior business leaders
  • An analytical approach to problem solving, experience designing and project managing successful people programs
  • Possessing a strong personal and professional impact
  • Being a highly motivated self-runner
  • Having ability to understand and develop effective HR strategies while understanding the implications from a culture, business success, company practice and legal standpoint
  • Processing strategic thinking and planning/facilitation ability, and flexibility to function in a fast paced environment
  • Having ability to provide leadership, work collaboratively, and consult effectively and independently with senior levels of the organization and HR global community.
